Ibanez AS Artcore AS53LTF Left-Handed Electric Guitar Tobacco Flat
Ibanez introduced Artcore in 2002 and has been the hollow-body guitar of choice for musicians for the last 10 years. The Artcore's combination of quality workmanship and affordability has created legions of fans from diverse genres as blues, country, rock and jazz. Musicians can find the purity of an old school style jazz-box to a hybrid semi-hollow rocker. Artcore is highly respected for its tone, sustain and the way they hold their tuning and how the series continues to push the boundaries of guitar building.
As evidenced by its long-standing association with such giants of jazz guitar as George Benson, Pat Metheny, and John Scofield, Ibanez has been a constant pioneer in the world of hollow-body guitar building for more than three decades. Part of that legacy is owed to the Artcore collection, which has succeeded in smashing any and all preconceptions in its wake as to what a great hollow or semi-hollow ought to be. The Artcore formula builds on equal parts luthiery know-how, daring design, and a passion for warm, full-bodied tone.
The AS53L is a left-handed version of the Artcore series AS53. The AS53L features a select-grade Sapele semi-hollow body, a set-in Mahogany neck and Rosewood fretboard contribute to the warm-sounding characteristics of the AS53L. Ibanez designed the Infinity R pickups to give you big, full tone and well-balanced output.
