Shipping Policy

We will ship out all products in your order within 24-48 hours after receiving your order.  If for some reason, your product is on back order, we will notify you of the possible delay as soon as we pull your order.  Please note we only ship to the address that match with your credit card billing address to protect both our store and our customers against fraudulent activities.  Shipping time is typically about 1-5 days depend on how far you resided away from our southern California warehouse.  Since most of our products are relatively high value, we will required your signature on delivery.

Most of our products include free or discounted ground shipping will apply only to customers within US 48 mainland states.  Customers from Hawaii, Alaska, other US territories and/or outside of US, please contact our team for a shipping quote before purchasing our products.  Please note, all shipping quote doesn't include any custom tax/fee, it is your responsibility to pay custom tax/fee to your country as we don't collect those taxes/fees.
