Best B-Stock Guitar Deals Right Now: New Guitars With a Blemish, 20% Off

In a recording session a guitar is judged by how it tracks, not by how it looks on the wall. B-Stock is built for that mindset: a brand-new instrument with one small cosmetic mark, sold at 20% below MAP with the full manufacturer warranty. Same neck, same pickups, same electronics as the flawless one on the shelf, at a price that leaves room in the budget for the rest of the signal chain.

What B-Stock actually is

Every B-Stock guitar we sell is new. It has never been owned or gigged. It became B-Stock for one of a handful of reasons: a small finish flaw from the factory, a scuff picked up in shipping, a ding from a showroom, or an open-box return that was played for a few minutes and sent back. The manufacturer or our staff grades it, we price it 20% below MAP, and it goes into the B-Stock section with its own serial number.

How we grade and photograph every unit

  • One serial, one listing. B-Stock units are never pooled. The product page you are looking at is that exact guitar.
  • The blemish is in the photos. We shoot the actual instrument and include the flaw, so there is nothing to discover when the case opens.
  • Full warranty. Cosmetic B-Stock keeps the manufacturer warranty; it is a new guitar with a mark, not a used or refurbished one.
  • Same setup, same accessories. Case or gig bag, trem arm, tools and paperwork ship exactly as they would with A-stock.

How to shop B-Stock well

Start from the model you actually want, then check the B-Stock grid for it. The deepest savings sit on the higher-end lines: ESP E-II, signature models and multiscale Schecters lose the most dollars at 20% off. Lefties and 7-strings show up more often than you would expect because they are ordered in smaller batches. If you are choosing between two units of the same model, pick by the photos: a mark on the back beats one on the top.

B-Stock also gets the things we do for every order: Gear Bucks rewards on the purchase and the matching-case bundle discount at checkout when you add the case.

FAQ

What does B-Stock mean on a guitar?

A brand-new instrument with one small cosmetic flaw - a finish mark, a scuff on the headstock, a ding on the back, or an open-box return. It has never been owned, it ships with everything a new one does, and it carries the full manufacturer warranty.

How much is B-Stock discounted?

Our B-Stock price is 20% below MAP, the manufacturer's minimum advertised price, on every unit. The card on each product shows both prices.

Does B-Stock have a warranty?

Yes. The full manufacturer warranty applies exactly as it does to A-stock, because the instrument is new. Cosmetic marks are the only difference.

Can I see the flaw before I buy?

Yes. Every B-Stock unit is a single serial number and we photograph the actual instrument, including the blemish, so the photos on the product page are the guitar you receive.

How often do the deals change?

Constantly. Most B-Stock units are one-of-a-kind and sell within days. The headline list on this page is refreshed every Friday morning, and the live B-Stock grid updates the moment a unit sells or arrives.

Do B-Stock guitars qualify for the case bundle or Gear Bucks?

Yes. B-Stock instruments earn Gear Bucks like any purchase and qualify for the matching-case bundle discount at checkout when a case is added.
