Using a similar construction to the Tele Lead with a vintage-hot Tele style wind,sand cast alnico 2 rod magnets,and copper-plated steel bottom plate,the Twang Banger is a Stratocaster bridge pickup that delivers snap and twang. The high end is spanky and the low end is articulate (like a Telecaster),but the shape & size is that of a standard Stratocaster pickup.Pair with our Alnico II Pro Staggered Strat – middle rwrp.Hand built in Santa Barbara,CA,the Twang Banger uses sand cast alnico 2 rod magnets with a modern pole stagger,cloth push-back lead wire,a copper-plated steel bottom plate,and is wax potted for squeal free operation.
