The mahogany body with quilted maple top and bolt-on maple neck gives this 34"-scale four-string a warm, midrange-focused foundation with enough top-end snap to keep notes defined, while the rosewood fretboard smooths the attack. Twin Schecter Diamond Bass pickups running through active 9-volt electronics cover everything from thick neck-pickup fingerstyle to a cutting bridge-pickup growl for slap and pick work. With 24 X-jumbo frets, a 16" radius and a thin 'C' neck, it handles rock, metal and funk lines that reach into the upper register.
