Description

Sound & Tone

The Omen Extreme-5 leans punchy and tight, with articulate note definition and strong sustain that keeps it audible in dense mixes. The five-string layout extends the low end for thunderous root work while staying clear enough for faster passages higher up the neck. It suits progressive metal, hard rock, and other styles that call for aggressive rhythmic drive and precise attack.

You'll be captivated by the Schecter Omen Extreme-5's lightning-fast neck and aggressive body contours that invite hours of effortless playing, whether you're shredding through metal passages or laying down thunderous low-end grooves. The vintage sunburst finish gives this beast a timeless aesthetic that belies its modern playability and punchy tone, delivering tight articulation and powerful sustain that cuts through any mix with authority. With its extended range and comfortable action, this five-string powerhouse rewards both speed-oriented lead playing and heavy rhythmic work, making it equally at home in progressive metal, hard rock, or any genre demanding precision and punch. The moment you strap this Schecter on, you'll feel the quality craftsmanship and responsive electronics working together to give you the tonal clarity and aggressive character that players who demand performance and style have come to expect.
