Description
Sound & Tone
The mahogany body lends weight and warmth to the low end, while the 25.5" scale maple neck and string-through hardtail bridge tighten the attack and add sustain for clear note definition under gain. Dual Schecter Diamond Heretic humbuckers move from warm, articulate cleans at the neck to thick saturated crunch at the bridge, and the 5-way selector opens up thinner, more scooped voices between those extremes. With 24 X-Jumbo frets and a flat 14" radius, it suits rock, metal, and alternative players who want heavy rhythm work alongside upper-register lead runs.
Schecter Omen Elite-6 Electric Guitar in See Thru Blue Burst
The Omen Elite-6 captures rock, metal, and alternative tones with dual Schecter Diamond Heretic humbuckers that balance articulate cleans with thick, saturated overdriven character. A contoured mahogany body paired with a thin 'C' neck profile keeps fatigue minimal during long tracking sessions, while the arched burl top and striking see-thru blue burst finish photograph well and translate clearly on camera. This is a straightforward, dependable instrument built for recording versatility and consistent performance take after take.
Playability & Tracking Performance
The 25.5" scale maple neck with rosewood fretboard and 24 X-Jumbo frets supports quick position changes and articulate lead work without slowing your session workflow. A 14" fretboard radius and Graph Tech XL Black Tusq nut (1.653" width) accommodate smooth chord voicings and aggressive picking dynamics, while the 2-way adjustable truss rod allows for straightforward neck relief adjustments to maintain recording-ready intonation across all tuning approaches.
Tone & Mix Presence
The pair of Schecter Diamond Heretic humbuckers—positioned at neck and bridge—deliver articulate cleans through thick, saturated overdriven tones that sit well in a mix without muddiness. A 5-way selector switch with dedicated volume and tone controls enables flexible voicing across multiple song arrangements and session needs, and the Schecter Custom Hardtail bridge with string-through-body design ensures stable intonation and solid sustain across repeated takes and overdubs.
