Keith Merrow KM Guitars for Metal Recording

Schecter Keith Merrow KM Signature Guitars

For heavy recordings, the Keith Merrow KM series gives producers and home-studio players a purpose-built modern metal tool. Fishman Fluence Keith Merrow pickups are at the heart of each guitar, so the source tone you track is the sound the series was designed around, ready for tight, aggressive rhythm parts and lead work.

Six-string KM-6 and seven-string KM-7 models cover the common tunings and ranges of modern metal and progressive sessions. Legacy, Hybrid and EX body styles let you pick the build that suits your workflow, and the premium hardware helps keep the guitar steady through long tracking days.

Finishes run from Transparent White Satin to Satin Black Open Pore and Snowblind, and a left-handed KM-6 is in the mix. Studio Gears offers the lineup across a mid-to-upper price range for engineers building a dedicated metal guitar rig.
