Sound & Tone
The mahogany body paired with a bolt-on roasted maple neck and 25.5" scale gives this guitar a firm low end with tight, snappy attack and clear note separation, while the ebony fingerboard adds focus and definition to single notes. The Schecter USA Pasadena Plus bridge and Pasadena neck pickups push articulate, punchy tones with pronounced midrange, and the push-pull tone control widens the range of available voices from the simple volume/three-way layout. It's a versatile fit for vintage-leaning rock rhythm and lead work as well as modern rock and heavier riffing, with the hardtail bridge keeping pitch stable under aggressive picking and bends.
Schecter Jack Fowler Traditional HT Guitar Black Pearl B-Stock
The Jack Fowler Traditional HT is engineered for studio tracking and session work, featuring a thin "C" roasted maple neck that feels responsive under the microphone and at the mixing desk. The ebony fingerboard and 22 jumbo stainless steel frets enable precise articulation and fast note definition—essential for layering parts and punching in overdubs. This signature model balances classic design with modern performance features, delivering the tonal character and stability needed for professional recording sessions. The Black Pearl satin finish on the mahogany body presents a refined aesthetic backed by professional-grade construction throughout.
Recording Stability & Neck Performance
Built with a roasted hard rock maple neck featuring a thin "C" profile and carbon fiber reinforcement rods, this guitar resists seasonal shifts while maintaining stable neck geometry—critical for maintaining intonation across long studio sessions. The ebony fingerboard with 14" radius and stainless steel jumbo frets provides a fast, responsive playing surface ideal for tracking multiple takes, while the Graph Tech XL Ivory Tusq nut ensures consistent string seating and reliable tuning stability at the headstock—reducing the need for frequent retuning between passes.
Tonal Character & Mix Integration
The Schecter USA Pasadena Plus bridge pickup and Pasadena neck pickup deliver articulate, punchy tones with strong midrange definition and clarity—qualities that cut through dense mixes and sit well alongside other instruments in a production. A single volume control with a push-pull tone knob and 3-way pickup selector keeps the signal path direct and intuitive, making it simple to dial in consistent tones across recording sessions, while the Diamond Hardtail bridge and Schecter locking tuners ensure rock-solid intonation and tuning retention even under heavy playing.
