Description

Sound & Tone

The mahogany body and set-neck construction with a quilted maple top give this Hellraiser a thick, sustaining midrange with added top-end clarity, while the active EMG 81TW bridge and 89R neck pickups deliver high output with a tight, aggressive attack that stays articulate under heavy gain. Both pickups offer coil-split voicing, so you can pull back to thinner, cleaner single-coil tones for arpeggios and clean passages without changing guitars. The 25.5" scale keeps low strings taut and defined for drop tunings and palm-muted riffing, and the thin 'C' mahogany neck with 24 X-jumbo frets and a 14" radius suits fast metal, hard rock, and lead playing high up the fretboard.

Brand new guitar with standard tuning, factory setup, and full manufacturer warranty.

Frequently Asked Questions

What skill level should I have before buying this guitar?

This is built for intermediate to advanced and professional players. The thin 'C' neck and X-Jumbo frets reward solid technique and finger strength, and the high-output EMG pickups are voiced for players who understand gain staging and palm muting in a metal or progressive context.

What pickup configuration does it have?

It features an EMG 81TW bridge pickup and EMG 89R neck pickup, both high-output designs that deliver aggressive articulation and modern metal clarity. Both run on a 9-volt battery with a clip-in compartment.

Is it truly ready to play out of the box?

Yes—it arrives factory-setup with standard tuning, a Graph Tech XL Black Tusq nut, TonePros T3BT bridge, and Schecter locking tuners. It includes a set of Ernie Ball Regular Slinky strings and comes with the full manufacturer warranty.

What genres is this guitar best suited for?

It excels in metal, hard rock, djent, and progressive music. The tight articulate mids, thick sustain, and dynamic responsiveness make it less suitable for jazz, folk, or country styles.

Does it come with a case?

No—the case is sold separately. A universal hardshell case is recommended to protect the quilted maple top and abalone binding during transport.
