Frequently Asked Questions
Is this soundbar suitable for home theater or personal use?
Yes—the PSB-2 NA works well for home theater with its HDMI 2.1 and ARC support, though it is engineered first for commercial and professional fixed installations. Its compact design and 40W output suit smaller to medium rooms where you prioritize clean, balanced audio and easy integration.
What's included in the box?
The PSB-2 NA comes with two mounting brackets for flexible installation options. No additional mounting hardware, cables, or accessories are listed in the standard package.
Can I use this for critical studio mastering or nearfield reference monitoring?
No—the PSB-2 NA is optimized for control-room monitoring and live-sound applications rather than critical mastering. Its four 2-inch woofers and compact form factor deliver solid midrange and efficiency, but it is not rated for the precision required in mastering-grade nearfield reference work.
How does the volume-limiting switch work, and why would I use it?
The 2-position volume limiting switch lets you cap the soundbar's maximum output level, making it easy to control dynamic range and prevent excessive loudness in shared or multi-zone installations. This is especially useful in commercial venues and control rooms where consistent sound levels are required.
What connectivity options does it have?
The PSB-2 NA features HDMI 2.1 with ARC support for direct connection to modern displays and AV systems, and Bluetooth 5.3 for wireless audio streaming from phones, tablets, and other compatible devices.
