Description
JBL Commercial CSR-V-BLK Wall-Mounted Volume Remote Control
The JBL Commercial CSR-V-BLK is a compact, wall-mounted remote control for studio and post-production environments requiring centralized volume adjustment across distributed audio systems. This single-gang black faceplate integrates seamlessly into standard wall boxes, providing engineers and studio operators with convenient DC voltage logic control over CSM-21 and CSM-32 mixer units from a distance—essential for monitoring stations, isolation booths, or machine rooms separated from your main mix console.
Studio Integration & Connectivity
The unit connects via Category 5 cable with dual RJ-45 connectors, supporting cable runs up to 1000 feet—ideal for larger facilities, multi-room setups, or installations where your monitoring point sits far from the mixer itself. The single-gang wall plate form factor fits standard electrical boxes without requiring custom mounting, keeping your control surfaces clean and professional.
Operation & Design
Analog DC voltage logic control delivers reliable, straightforward operation with no network dependencies or complex configuration—critical for recording sessions where latency and system complexity introduce risk. A single active LED indicator provides visual feedback, and the black finish integrates unobtrusively into modern studio environments.
