Frequently asked questions
Why does the C-1 have 24 frets while the Zacky has 22?
The C-1 is designed as a versatile all-rounder supporting extended-range tunings and lower standard tunings, while the Zacky Vengeance is optimized for 24.75" scale and signature Seymour Duncan high-gain voicing, where 22 frets provide ample range for modern metal.
Is the Zacky Vengeance only for left-handed players?
Yes, this specific listing is left-handed only. If you are right-handed, the C-1 Silver Mountain is the suitable choice from these two options.
Which guitar is better for drop tunings and djent?
The Zacky Vengeance Custom Reissue is purpose-built for djent with Seymour Duncan JB pickups and tight, aggressive sustain. The C-1 Silver Mountain can handle drop tunings well due to its 24 frets and carbon fiber neck stability, but the Zacky is voiced specifically for that tone.
Are both guitars B-stock or new?
The C-1 Silver Mountain is B-stock, meaning it has minor cosmetic imperfections but full spec parity with new units. The Zacky Vengeance listing does not indicate B-stock status, suggesting it is new condition.
