Frequently asked questions
What exactly is the B-Stock condition on Product B?
Product B has a minor cosmetic finish chip on the back near the cover plate. All structural integrity, electronics, playability, and tone are completely uncompromised—it is sonically and functionally identical to new stock.
Are the specs, pickups, and hardware identical between these two?
Yes. Both feature the same EMG 81/85 Sustainiac pickups, Floyd Rose Special bridge, 24 X-Jumbo frets, thin 'C' neck profile, 25.5" scale, and all switching and control options. The only difference is the cosmetic finish chip on Product B.
Which is better for metal and djent styles?
Both are equally suited to metal, progressive rock, djent, and hard rock. The high-output EMG pickups, Sustainiac harmonic modes, Floyd Rose tuning stability, and tight articulation serve aggressive genres identically on either guitar.
Is the price difference worth the cosmetic flaw?
That depends on your priorities. The chip is on the back and invisible during normal play and performance. If you value savings and don't plan to resell, B-Stock offers the same professional tone and playability at a lower cost.
