Alnico 2 magnets in the Revelation-F produce warmer, smoother tones with balanced output suited to blues and jazz. Alnico 5 magnets in the Marty Friedman set deliver higher output, tighter lows, and more aggressive articulation for metal and progressive applications.
Which set includes complete wiring and installation hardware?
The Marty Friedman Passive Humbucker set includes a complete wiring package with two volume pots, two tone pots, stereo output jack, two-pickup bus, and mounting hardware. The Revelation-F includes solderless four-conductor wiring but does not bundle potentiometers or jacks.
