Frequently asked questions
Can the CVFF fit Stream Series guitars?
No. The CVFF is engineered specifically for V-shaped body geometry. The CSTREAMGFF is the correct case for Stream Series guitars.
Which case works with more guitar models?
The CVFF is compatible with multiple V-Series ESP and LTD models including Alexi, Michael Paget V, E-II JL-7, LTD Hex-7, and LTD MS-1. The CSTREAMGFF is designed exclusively for ESP Stream Series guitars.
What is the difference in interior protection between these cases?
The CSTREAMGFF features a molded interior cavity contoured precisely to Stream body contours. The CVFF uses plush padding inside a hard shell wood body, which protects multiple V-shaped models but may not fit as snugly as a form-fit design.
Are both cases suitable for touring and travel?
Yes. Both cases feature rigid hardshell construction with metal latches, comfort grip handles, and are designed for transport and storage. Choose based on your guitar model rather than protection level.
