Sabian 20" Crescent Pang Thang Crash
Designed for Stanton Moore, the Crescent Pang Thang captures the funky, earthy quality of Stanton’s trademark Crescent city sound. Its flanged edges provide mellow crashes with plenty of low end wash. While it looks like a China cymbal with flattened-down edges and very deep profile, it is a mellower sounding cymbal than the Crescent Trash Crash – another Stanton Moore model – and thinner sounding without quite as much spread. Like all Crescent Stanton Moore models, the sound is 100% Stanton: raw and aggressive, but always musical and extremely funky.
