Acoustic Design & Coverage

This system achieves a 90° horizontal coverage pattern with a 12 dB directivity index, providing tight off-axis rejection and focused projection that integrates cleanly into room acoustics without excessive boundary reflections. The frequency response of 58 Hz–12 kHz (±3 dB) with extended range down to 41 Hz ensures full-spectrum monitoring clarity while the horn-loaded architecture minimizes phase issues common in line arrays, preserving mix detail across the listening plane.

Driver Architecture & Power

The VLA901i combines dual 15" and dual 8" midrange drivers—each with dual 3" neodymium voice coils—alongside three HF compression drivers with 1.5" exits for seamless integration across the spectrum.
