Harkening back to the earliest of the original 70s Artist designs, the AR725 draws on the period’s more characteristic ornate accents, such as its intricate fleuron body and fretboard inlays, fleuron style pickguard, vintage silver capped top hat knobs, and gold plated hardware from headstock to heel. True to form, the AR725 features a choice Mahogany symmetrical body with a Maple top for that extra heavy “chunk” and endless sustain you’d expect of a classic 70s Artist. A comfortable 3-piece Maple “AR” set-in neck incorporates a super-smooth heel for easy access to the highest frets, a smooth bound Ebony fretboard, and a vintage style bone nut that make the AR725 as enjoyable to play as it is inspiring to look at.
