Pairing a comfortable alder body to a thin U-shaped 3-piece maple neck with ebony fingerboard that features offset abalone/mother-of-pearl position markers, the ESP Horizon-I includes a set of perfectly complemented components like a Floyd Rose Original bridge, Gotoh locking tuners, and a set of top-tier pickups: a Seymour Duncan Cool Rails model in the neck position for warm, articulate, and full tones, and a Seymour Duncan Distortion in the bridge position for hard-hitting, crunchy rhythms that remain tight with low tungings, and screaming lead tones with wild harmonics.
