he warranty terms accompanying new JVC Professional products are a highly valuable part of the JVC Professional ownership experience. Reinforcing JVC's product warranty is a rigorous quality assurance program backed up with first class factory service centers. Even the best professional products occasionally require service. JVC's original factory warranties can be extended with Extended Warranty Service Plans (ESP) that allow you to better budget for potential service expense, and provide piece of mind knowing that equipment needing repair will be performed at a JVC factory service facility throughout the life of the plan. ESP plans are available in either two, three or four years, inclusive of the original JVC Professional Products Company manufacturer's warranty. JVC's extended warranty plans cover all mechanical and electrical defects that would be normally covered by JVC's original written warranty, unless otherwise stated. Presently, ESP plans are being offered for professional cameras, LCD monitors and decks. Please note that the ESP warranty term begins on the date the model is purchased and extends the coverage to the length specified in the plan. For example, if the original warranty is 1 year, and a 2 year plan is purchased, the total ESP coverage is 2 years. (The original warranty is extended 1 year.) Upon purchasing an ESP package, you must activate the warranty either online, or by calling the toll-free number provided in the package. ESP's must be purchased and activated within 60 days of purchasing the major model.
