• Use of a Loaner unit of comparable function while customer's equipment is repaired by Sony.
• All shipping costs for the covered VPL projector and Loaner unit are included.

• Toll free Technical Assistance Network (TAN) phone support Mon-Fri, except Sony holidays, during standard business hours (8:30am-5:00pm EST).
• Easy online registration process.
