The 5 year Extended Warranty (EW) provides an extension of the standard 3 year Limited Product Warranty for an additional 2 years, for a total of 5 years parts and labor coverage. Also included is an extension of the standard 1 year OTS Loaner coverage for an additional 4 years, for a total of 5 years OTS coverage. Any standard parts warranty periods based on usage are not extended by this warranty. Excludes wear and tear and consumable items.

• Models included: VPLES5, VPLEX5, VPLEX50, VPLCS21, VPLEW5, VPLCX21, VPLCX100, VPLC120, VPLCX125, VPLCX150, VPLCX155, VPLCW125.
• Depot service performed by Sony technicians at a Sony Authorized Service Location.
• All parts and labor to effect repairs for problems caused as a result of defects in materials or workmanship.

• If an OTS Loaner unit is required, all shipping costs for the covered VPL projector and Loaner unit are included.
• Toll free Technical Assistance Network (TAN) phone support Mon-Fri, except Sony holidays, during standard business hours (8:30am-5:00pm EST).
