The HFBK-TS1 HDV® interface module (plug-in board), which when used in the HFU-X310 base unit, provides HDV signal outputs when connected to an HDC-X310 camera or directly to an HD-SDI source. Embedded audio from HD-SDI is not transcoded onto HDV. The HDV audio must be fed through the analog audio input terminals (RCA) located on the module.

• i.LINK® (HDV) for connecting to an HDV deck
• External audio signal to be embedded

• Analog audio (RCA x2) can be input separately and embedded into HDV i.LINK output from the board.
