Included are the following: priority depot service, remedial maintenance including all parts, labor and return shipping costs; Sony Core Exchange (formerly FRB) priority module exchange; software support; toll-free telephone technical support provided Mon-Fri 8:30a - 5:00p (except Sony holidays).
