AWSG500/RSDP2 SupportNET product to be sold by Resellers only.
- Priority Depot service.
- Remedial maintenance, including all parts, labor and return shipping costs;
- Sony Core Exchange (formerly FRB) priority module exchange.
- Toll-free telephone technical support provided Mon-Fri 8:30a - 5:00p (except Sony holidays).
