4 position battery charger, capable of charging 2 batteries simultaneously, and 2 pairs of batteries sequentially. Charge time for 2 batteries is 3.7hrs in normal mode, or 4.7hrs in full mode. 4 batteries can be charged in 7.3hrs in normal mode, or 9.3 hrs in full mode. The AC-VQL1BP Quad Battery Charger has 2 LCD displays, one per pair of battery slots, to display important information pertaining to each battery such as: Remaining Time to Normal Charge Complete, Remaining Time to Full Charge Complete, Current Available Time for Shooting. Additionally, when used to charge NP-F770 or NP-F970 batteries, Total Charge Time, Total Charge Cycles, and Last Operation Date can also be displayed. It can also be used as an AC Adaptor for a Sony HDV camcorder, with 2 separate AC Adaptor plugs, one on either side. Each side of the AC-VQL1BP can be operated separately, one side charging a pair of batteries, while the other side supplies DC power to a camcorder.
